Conway, MO – Two Injured in Crash at SR M and Rte B

Conway, MO (February 2, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash in Dallas County left two people injured on Friday evening, January 31. The accident occurred at approximately 6:34 p.m. at the intersection of State Route M and Route B, about half a mile west of Conway.

Authorities report that a 2008 Hyundai Sonata, driven by a 49-year-old man from Conway, was traveling westbound when it failed to yield to a southbound 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. The Silverado was driven by a 59-year-old man from Russellville, Arkansas. The collision caused significant damage to both vehicles, leading to their removal by Backwoods Towing.

Emergency medical teams responded to the scene and provided treatment before transporting both injured parties for further care. The Silverado’s driver sustained injuries and was taken to Mercy in Lebanon. A 78-year-old female passenger in the Sonata suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Cox South. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
