Higginsville, MO (November 23, 2024) – A 41-year-old man was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a car crash that took place in Lafayette County on Thursday morning, November 21.
At around 11:20 a.m., a 2002 Ford F-550 was traveling eastbound on Highway 20. As the vehicle proceeded through the area near Highway 13, the driver of a 2008 Chevrolet Uplander attempted to make a left turn onto the roadway, resulting in both vehicles colliding. One person involved in the accident, a 41-year-old man from Warrensburg, Missouri, was injured in the crash. He was transported to Lafayette Regional Health Center by Lexington EMS for emergency care. The accident is currently being investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
